An Italian Tradition with Los Angeles roots.

Italians arrived at the Pueblo in Los Angeles more than 200 years ago. They brought traditions from the old country and adapted them to the bounties of their new land. In that tradition, we use local grapes distilled and married with native botanicals, herbs and citrus to create a classic Bitter. 

Enjoy it neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail.
